Cem Aladogan	e73361bb77	Update CONTRIBUTING.md ... Fixing the broken issues and new issue links. they used to go under the current folder and was directing user to open-data-contract-standard/blob/main/issues/new. This is now fixed with directing user to end points. {tested couple of alternatives instead of direct link yet couldn't find a better solution.}	2024-03-27 08:28:58 +00:00
